Training
For every truck sold in Oman by IHE, at least two, and in most
cases more, customer drivers are trained. IHE also trains drivers
from the open market, building a pool of drivers with professional
attitudes and skills.
As a part of its Omanisation program, IHE offers specialised
training to enhance the skills of Omani drivers to handle
and operate state-of-the-art the VOLVO
and RENAULT Trucks it markets efficiently and safely.
The focus of these driver training programs is to inculcate:
- Fuel-efficient driving techniques
- Traffic safety
- Being a goodwill ambassador on the highway
- Correct truck loading.
