Omanisation

IHE continues to achieve high standards through a dedicated Omani workforce. At IHE, all Omani employees undergo a special on-the-job training program covering orientation, special classes in the English language, and basic computer training among other subjects. In addition to these initiatives, IHE regularly selects suitable Omani candidates for overseas training to enhance their techno-commercial skills.

This is a direct response to the growing emphasis and focus on Omanisation in private sector establishments. Today, The Zubair Corporation maintains a high percentage of Omanisation due to their genuine commitment at all levels.
