IHE has three operational departments: VOLVO Trucks, RENAULT Trucks and INTERPARTS. Its vision is to be one step ahead of the competition by means of professionalism, business ethics, customer commitment and honesty. IHE is committed to meeting and exceeding customers’ needs in the field of trucks, equipment (construction, engineering and industrial) and related spare parts.

IHE continuously works on improving the quality of service it delivers locally to VOLVO & RENAULT Truck owners in the Oman. Customers, located in the interior areas of Oman, are serviced by fully trained personnel and the extensive service network of Zubair Automotive Division already in place.

To add further value to the level of service provided, IHE has state-of-the-art training facilities, in addition to mobile units capable of providing on-site training to its widely dispersed customers. The mobile units not only focus on training in engine, gearbox and suspension maintenance, but also cover intensive driver training programs.

IHE has established a centrally located warehouse complex where over 40,000 line items are stocked. A state-of-the-art racking system is designed to meet IHE’s need for easy and quick retrieval of any spare part at a moment's notice.

IHE’s inventory management system uses proprietary software designed to source a wide range of products and parts from around the world, which helps maintain efficient inventory control and ensures prompt delivery of parts to any part of the Sultanate of Oman.
